Brief 3: Robin Williams Primary Research

I had already decided that I would be doing Mrs. Doubtfire, Jumanji and Hook, as these were a selection of films I loved as a child.

After doing this, I decided it was best to gather the opinion of other people, given that this is designed to be a 'commemorative series', so I should try to embody other peoples memories of the actor too. I carried out a survey asking questions to 32 people about their memory of Robin Williams and the films they love.

Much of the results were similar to my thoughts on Robin Williams films, with the addition of two favourites Good Will Hunting and Aladdin. However I was now left with a selection of films that, with the exception of Good Will Hunting, all fell into the genre of 'childrens' film. I decided to look further into finding at least one more film of another genre in order to exhibit his versatility as an actor.
